Commander Edward Harry Fletcher Boughey was born on 25 August 1878.1 He was the son of William Fenton Fletcher Boughey and Caroline Cubitt.1 He married Ethel Georgina Emily Harrison, daughter of Captain George Alexander Harrison and Emily Jane Monckton, on 22 March 1902.1 He died on 20 December 1953 at age 75.1
