Humphrey Coningsby was born on 1 March 1515/16 at Hampton Court, Herefordshire, England.2 He was the son of Thomas Coningsby and Cecilia Salwey.2 He married, firstly, Anne Englefield, daughter of Thomas Englefield and Elizabeth Throgmorton.2 He married, secondly, unknown wife (?).2 He died on 4 April 1559 at age 43.2 His will was probated on 24 October 1559.2

Sir Thomas Coningsby was born on 9 October 1550 at Hampton Court, Herefordshire, England.2 He was the son of Humphrey Coningsby and Anne Englefield.1,2 He married Phillipa Fitzwilliam, daughter of William Fitzwilliam and Anne Sidney.2 He died on 30 May 1625 at age 74 at Hampton Court, Herefordshire, England.2
Sir Thomas Coningsby was invested as a Knight on 8 October 1591 by the Earl of Essex.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Hereford in 1593.2 He held the office of Sheriff of Herefordshire in 1598.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Hereford in 1601.2
