     Alice Mary Hoskins was the daughter of Samuel Hoskins.1 She married, firstly, Archibald Coysgarne-Sim before 1925.1 She married, secondly, Sir Thomas Vansittart Bowater, 1st Bt., son of William Vansittart Bowater and Eliza Jane Davey, on 12 August 1925.1 She died on 12 April 1949.1
     From before 1925, her married name became Coysgarne-Sim.1 From 12 August 1925, her married name became Bowater.1
