     Captain Cecil Henry FitzHerbert was born on 18 January 1883.2 He was the son of Henry Corry Fitzherbert and Mary Emily Vansittart.3,2 He married Ellen Katharine Lowndes, daughter of Walter Lowndes, on 15 November 1916.2 He died on 23 November 1952 at age 69.2
