     Captain Cecil Henry FitzHerbert was born on 18 January 1883.² He was the son of Henry Gorry Fitzherbert and Mary Emily Vansittart.^3,2 He married Ellen Katharine Lowndes, daughter of Walter Lowndes, on 15 November 1916.² He died on 23 November 1952 at age 69.²
