     Admiral Sir James Hope was born on 3 March 1808.2 He was the son of Admiral Sir George Hope-Vere and Lady Jemima Hope Johnstone.2 He married, firstly, Hon. Frederica Eliza Kinnaird, daughter of Charles Kinnaird, 8th Lord Kinnaird and Lady Olivia Letitia Catherine FitzGerald, on 16 August 1838.2 He married, secondly, Elizabeth Reid Cotton, daughter of General Sir Arthur Thomas Cotton and Elizabeth Learmonth, on 2 December 1877.1 He died on 9 June 1881 at age 73, without issue.1
     He gained the rank of Admiral of the Fleet.1 He held the office of Principal Naval Aide-de-Camp to HM Queen Victoria.2 He was appointed Knight Grand Cross, Order of the Bath (G.C.B.)1 He was Commander-in-Chief of the West Indies and North America Stations.2 He was awarded the Chevalier, Legion of Honour.2

     Charlotte Frances Martindale was the daughter of Benjamin Martindale. She married Rt. Hon. Sir Richard Temple, 1st Bt., son of Richard Temple and Louisa Anne Rivett-Carnac, on 27 December 1849.1 She died on 2 March 1855.1
     Her married name became Temple.

Lloyd Kenyon, 3rd Baron Kenyon, Baron of Gredington1

     Lloyd Kenyon, 3rd Baron Kenyon, Baron of Gredington was born on 1 April 1805.1 He was the son of George Kenyon, 2nd Baron Kenyon, Baron of Gredington and Margaret Emma Hanmer.2 He married Hon. Georgiana de Grey, daughter of Thomas de Grey, 4th Baron Walsingham and Elizabeth North, on 29 June 1833.2 He died on 14 July 1869 at age 64.1
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Tory) for St. Michael's between 1830 and 1832.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Kenyon, Baron of Gredington, co. Flint [G.B., 1788] on 25 February 1855.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Kenyon, of Gredington, co. Flint [G.B., 1784] on 25 February 1855.1

     Lady Mary Georgiana Milles was born in 1859 at Rackheath, Norfolk, EnglandG.2 She was the daughter of George Watson Milles, 1st Earl Sondes and Charlotte Stracey.3 She married Reverend Leslie Ellis Goodwin, son of Rt. Rev. Harvey Goodwin and Ellen King, on 24 June 1884.1 She died on 10 March 1908.1
     Her married name became Goodwin.

     Captain George Sitwell Campbell Swinton was born on 10 May 1859.2 He is the son of Archibald Campbell Swinton, 3rd of Kimmerghame and Georgina Caroline Sitwell.2 He married Elizabeth Ebsworth, daughter of Edward Henry Ebsworth, on 19 April 1895.2 He died on 17 January 1937 at age 77.2
     He was educated at Fettes College, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.2 He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England.2 He gained the rank of Captain in the Highland Light Infantry.2 He held the office of March Pursuivant between 1901 and 1923.2 He held the office of Member of the London County Council between 1901 and 1928.2 He was chairman of the Delhi Town Planning Committee in 1912.2 He held the office of Albany Herald between 1923 and 1926.2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of London in 1926.2 He held the office of Lord Lyon King-of-Arms between 1926 and 1929.2 He held the office of Secretary to the Order of the Thistle between 1926 and 1929.2 He was appointed Commander, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (C.St.J.) in 1927.2
