She was the daughter of Thomas Grey, 1st Marquess of Dorset and Cecilia Bonville, Baroness Bonville and Harington.1 She married Walter Devereux, 1st Viscount Hereford, son of John Devereux, 2nd Lord Ferrers (of Chartley) and Cicely Bourchier, before 15 December 1530.2 She died on 22 February 1534.3
     From before 15 December 1530, her married name became Devereux.
