     Henry Erskine was born on 11 August 1814.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Hon. Esmé Stuart Erskine and Eliza Bland Smith.1

     Sarah Buck married Sir Thomas Erskine, 1st Baron Erskine of Restormel Castle, son of Henry David Erskine, 10th Earl of Buchan and Agnes Steuart, on 12 October 1818 at Gretna Green, Dumfries-shire, Scotland.2 She and Sir Thomas Erskine, 1st Baron Erskine of Restormel Castle were separated on 21 June 1821.1 She died on 25 October 1825 at Dalswinton, Dumfries-shire, Scotland.2
     As a result of her marriage, Sarah Buck was styled as Baroness Erskine of Restormel Castle on 12 October 1818. From 12 October 1818, her married name became Erskine.1

     Hon. Charles Erskine was the son of Henry Erskine, 3rd Lord Cardross and Catherine Stewart.1 He married unknown daughter Scott, daughter of Walter Scott.1 He died on 25 February 1763, without surviving issue.1
     Hon. Charles Erskine was a practising advocate in 1704.1
