     Alexander Cairnis of Blairboys was the son of John Cairnis of Cults and Margaret Hamilton.1 He died circa 1635.1
     He sold the rest of his estates.1 He was general agent in Ulster for the Scottish plantation of Donegal in 1609.1

     John Cairnes is the son of Alexander Cairnis of Blairboys.1 He married Jane Miller, daughter of James Miller.1
     John Cairnes lived at Donoughmore, County Donegal, Ireland.1 He lived at Parsonstown, County Tyrone, Ireland.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Augher from 1639 to 1640.1
     He also had two daughters.1
