     Elizabeth Sinclair is the daughter of Alexander Sinclair of Latheron.2 She married, secondly, George Sinclair, son of Sir James Sinclair of Mey, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Leslie.1 She married, firstly, Walter Bruce of Ham.1
     Her married name became Bruce.1

     Alexander Sinclair was the son of George Sinclair and Elizabeth Sinclair.2 He married Katherine Budge, daughter of Donald Budge of Toftingall.1 He died in 1710, killed in a duel.1
     Alexander Sinclair lived at Olrig, Scotland.1

     Eric Sutherland of Duffus was baptised on 29 August 1710.2 He was the son of Kenneth Sutherland, 3rd Lord Duffus and Charlotte Christina de Siobladem.2 He married Elizabeth Dunbar, daughter of Sir James Dunbar, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Dunbar.2 He died on 15 March 1769 at age 58.2
     Eric Sutherland of Duffus gained the rank of Ensign in 1731 in the service of the Disney's Regiment.2 He succeeded to the title of 4th Lord Duffus [S., 1650] in 1734, but for the attainder.2 In 1734 his claim to the title of Lord Duffus was disallowed.2 He gained the rank of Captain in 1759 in the service of the Sutherland's Regiment.2
