     Josephine Watts-Russell was born at Biggin Hill, Northamptonshire, England.1 She was the daughter of Jesse David Watts-Russell.1,2 She married Sir Arthur Nonus Birch, son of Reverend Henry William Rouse Birch and Lydia Mildred.1 She died circa 1893.1
