Beaumont Albany Fetherston-Dilke was born on 14 November 1875.2 He was the son of Theodore Henry Percival and Edith Isabella Fetherston.2 He married Phoebe Stella Roland-Bedford, daughter of Reverend W. C. Roland-Bedford, on 8 December 1917.2
