      From 9 April 1907, her married name became Murray.1

Michael John Lindsay, son of Lt.-Col. Michael Egan Lindsay, on 19 January 1950.2
      From 10 January 1933, her married name became Menzies.1 From 19 January 1950, her married name became Lindsay.1
