     Dorothea Jane French was born on 25 December 1826.¹ She was the daughter of William Christopher St. George French.² She married Lt.-Col. William Montgomerie Stewart Caulfeild, son of Commander James Caulfeild and Hon. Augusta Crofton, on 8 June 1847.³ She died on 23 March 1916 at age 89.³
     From 8 June 1847, her married name became Caulfeild.³

     Montgomerie Crofton Caulfeild was born on 24 August 1851.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. William Montgomerie Stewart Caulfeild and Dorothea Jane French.² He died on 18 July 1940 at age 88.¹
     Montgomerie Crofton Caulfeild gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the 19th Regiment.¹

     Major Algernon Montgomerie Caulfeild fought in the Afghan War between 1878 and 1880.³ He fought in the Burma War between 1886 and 1890.³ He fought in the China Lushai Expedition.³ He fought in the Egypt Campaign between 1892 and 1893.³ He was decorated with the award of Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.).¹ He gained the rank of Major in the service of the 1st Battalion, Border Regiment.¹ He lived at The Moorings, Farnham, Surrey, England.¹ He fought in the Gallipoli Campaign.³

     From 4 February 1897, her married name became Caulfeild.¹

     Kathleen Montgomerie Caulfeild was born on 25 June 1901.¹ She was the daughter of Major Algernon Montgomerie Caulfeild and Edith Mabel Browning.² She married Reverend Thomas Western Page-Phillips, son of Henry Western Page-Phillips, on 16 January 1929.¹ She died on 9 January 1964 at age 62.¹
     From 16 January 1929, her married name became Page-Phillips.
