     William Christopher St. George French was born on 24 July 1790.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. John French and Ann Story.2,1 He married Dorothea Helen Harris, daughter of Michael Harris, on 31 January 1819.1 He died on 17 February 1852 at age 61.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 32nd Regiment.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 6th Dragoon Guards.1 He was Aide-de-Camp to Sir John Hope in 1813.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Coutny Roscommon in 1827.1 He lived at Clonyquin, County Roscommon, IrelandG.3

     Dorothea Jane French was born on 25 December 1826.1 She was the daughter of William Christopher St. George French and Dorothea Helen Harris.2,1 She married Lt.-Col. William Montgomerie Stewart Caulfeild, son of Commander James Caulfeild and Hon. Augusta Crofton, on 8 June 1847.3 She died on 23 March 1916 at age 89.3
     From 8 June 1847, her married name became Caulfeild.3

     Major Algernon Montgomerie Caulfeild was born on 9 July 1858.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. William Montgomerie Stewart Caulfeild and Dorothea Jane French.2 He married Edith Mabel Browning, daughter of Henry Bainbridge Browning, on 4 February 1897.1 He died on 9 August 1915 at age 57 at Gallipoli, TurkeyG, killed in action.2
     He fought in the Afghan War between 1878 and 1880.2 He fought in the Burma War between 1886 and 1890.2 He fought in the China Lushai Expedition.2 He fought in the Egypt Campaign between 1892 and 1893.2 He gained the rank of Major in the 1st Battalion, Border Regiment.1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)1 He lived at The Moorings, Farnham, Surrey, EnglandG.1 He fought in the Gallipoli Campaign.2

     From 16 January 1929, her married name became Page-Phillips.
