     Lieutenant Maurice Austin Murray was born on 4 January 1895.¹ He was the son of Reverend Frederick Auriol Murray-Gourlay of Kincraig and Jessie Styles.¹ He died in 1915, killed in action.¹
     He was educated at Jesus College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.² He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England.² He fought in the First World War. He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Essex Regiment.¹

     George Ronald Auriol Murray-Gourlay of Kincraig was born on 2 April 1900.¹ He was the son of Reverend Frederick Auriol Murray-Gourlay of Kincraig and Jessie Styles.¹ He married Phyllis Rowley, daughter of Walter Langford Rowley, on 1 September 1926.¹ He died on 8 November 1961 at age 61.¹
      George Ronald Auriol Murray-Gourlay of Kincraig usually went by his middle name of Ronald.¹ He graduated with a KCL Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Eng).² In 1954 disentailed the estate and sold much of the land 1955.²

     Phyllis Rowley was the daughter of Walter Langford Rowley.² She married George Ronald Auriol Murray-Gourlay of Kincraig, son of Reverend Frederick Auriol Murray-Gourlay of Kincraig and Jessie Styles, on 1 September 1926.³ She died in 1978.¹
     She lived Birlingham Grange.¹ Worcs.¹ From 1 September 1926, her married name became Murray-Gourlay.
