William David Gibson was born on 22 March 1914.1 He was the son of Hon. Edward Graves Mayne Gibson and Mary Phillips Greg.1 He married Sabina Landsberg, daughter of Dr. Ernst Landsberg, on 6 January 1947.1 He died in 1993.1
