     Louisa Jane Hamilton Ross was the daughter of Lt.-Col. George William Holmes Ross of Cromarty and Adelaide Lucy Davidson.1 She married Ronald Archibald Bosville Macdonald, 6th Baron Macdonald of Slate, son of Godfrey William Wentworth Bosville Macdonald, 4th Baron Macdonald of Slate and Maria Anne Wyndham, on 1 October 1875 at The Cathedral, Inverness, Inverness-shire, ScotlandG.1 She died on 20 August 1922 at Tormore, Isle of Skye, ScotlandG.1 She was buried on 23 August 1922 at Kilmore, IrelandG.1
     From 1 October 1875, her married name became Bosville Macdonald.1 After her marriage, Louisa Jane Hamilton Ross was styled as Baroness Macdonald of Slate on 1 October 1875.

     Hon. Eva Maria Louisa Bosville Macdonald was the daughter of Godfrey William Wentworth Bosville Macdonald, 4th Baron Macdonald of Slate and Maria Anne Wyndham.2 She married, firstly, Henry Algernon Langham, son of Herbert Langham and Laura Charlotte Micklethwait, on 7 June 1873.1 She married, secondly, Robert William Napier, 2nd Baron Napier of Magdala, son of Field Marshal Robert Cornelis Napier, 1st Baron Napier of Magdala and Anne Sarah Pearse, on 27 January 1885.2 She died on 7 February 1930.2
     From 7 June 1873, her married name became Langham. Her married name became Napier. After her marriage, Hon. Eva Maria Louisa Bosville Macdonald was styled as Baroness Napier of Magdala on 14 January 1890.

     Henry Algernon Langham was born on 11 January 1850.1 He was the son of Herbert Langham and Laura Charlotte Micklethwait.2 He married Hon. Eva Maria Louisa Bosville Macdonald, daughter of Godfrey William Wentworth Bosville Macdonald, 4th Baron Macdonald of Slate and Maria Anne Wyndham, on 7 June 1873.1 He died on 20 December 1874 at age 24, without issue.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Grenadier Guards.1

Robert William Napier, 2nd Baron Napier of Magdala

     Robert William Napier, 2nd Baron Napier of Magdala was born on 11 February 1845.1 He was the son of Field Marshal Robert Cornelis Napier, 1st Baron Napier of Magdala and Anne Sarah Pearse.1 He married Hon. Eva Maria Louisa Bosville Macdonald, daughter of Godfrey William Wentworth Bosville Macdonald, 4th Baron Macdonald of Slate and Maria Anne Wyndham, on 27 January 1885.1 He died on 11 December 1921 at age 76.1
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the Indian Army.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Napier of Magdala, in Abyssinia and of Caryngton, co. Palatine of Chester [U.K., 1868] on 14 January 1890.2

Lilian Janet Bosville Macdonald, daughter of Godfrey William Wentworth Bosville Macdonald, 4th Baron Macdonald of Slate and Maria Anne Wyndham, on 7 November 1895 at St. Paul's Church, Knightsbridge, London, EnglandG.1 He died on 5 September 1905 at Boscombe, Hampshire, EnglandG, without issue.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 6th Dragoon Guards.1
