     Sir William Henry Clerke, 10th Bt. was born on 17 November 1822 at Clonmel, County Tipperary, Ireland.3 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Sir William Clerke, 9th Bt. and Mary Elizabeth Kenrick.2 He married Georgina Gosling, daughter of Robert Gosling and Vere Sullivan, on 28 November 1849 at Lyne Church, Chertsey, Surrey, England.3 He died on 8 February 1882 at age 59 at 10 Eaton Place South, London, England.3
     Sir William Henry Clerke, 10th Bt. was Principal Clerk in the Treasury.3 He succeeded to the title of 10th Baronet Clerke, of Hitcham, co. Buckingham [E., 1660] on 16 February 1861.1

     Sir William Francis Clerke, 11th Bt. was born on 16 January 1856.1 He was the son of Sir William Henry Clerke, 10th Bt. and Georgina Gosling.2 He married Beatrice Menzies, daughter of Graham Menzies, on 21 June 1884.1 He died on 27 June 1930 at age 74.1
     Sir William Francis Clerke, 11th Bt. was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England.3 He matriculated at Christ Church College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, on 28 May 1874.3 He graduated from Christ Church College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).1 He was admitted to Inner Temple on 29 June 1881 entitled to practice as a barrister.3 He succeeded to the title of 11th Baronet Clerke, of Hitcham, co. Buckingham [E., 1660] on 8 February 1882.1 He was chairman of the Royal Hospital for Incurables, Putney between 1923 and 1930.1
