     Yvonne Sursock is the daughter of Alfred Bey Sursock.2 She married Sir Desmond Oriel Alastair George Weston Cochrane, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Ernest Cecil Cochrane, 2nd Bt. and Elsa Dorothea Marie Schumacher, on 12 January 1946.1
     From 12 January 1946, her married name became Cochrane. She lived in 2003 at Palais Sursock, Rue Sursock, Beirut, Lebanon.1

     William Cockburn was born before 1628.1 He was the son of John Cockburn of that Ilk and unknown wife (?).1 He died in March 1663, without issue.1
     In 1657 he sold Cockburn to his next brother, James.2
