     Helen Anne Montgomery was the daughter of Sir James Montgomery, 2nd Bt. and Lady Elizabeth Douglas.1 She married William Forbes Mackenzie, 3rd of Portmore, son of Colin MacKenzie, 2nd of Portmore and Elizabeth Forbes, in 1830.1 She died in 1870.1
     From 1830, her married name became Mackenzie.

     William Forbes Mackenzie, 3rd of Portmore was born on 18 April 1807 at Exmouth, Devon, England.2 He was the son of Colin MacKenzie, 2nd of Portmore and Elizabeth Forbes.3,2 He married Helen Anne Montgomery, daughter of Sir James Montgomery, 2nd Bt. and Lady Elizabeth Douglas, in 1830.1 He died on 25 September 1862 at age 55.1
     He lived at Portmore, Peebles-shire, ScotlandG.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)1

     Sir Patrick Dunbar was born circa 1305. He was the son of Sir Alexander Dunbar.1 He married Isabel Randolph, daughter of Thomas Randolph, 1st Earl of Moray and Isabella Stewart.2 He died in 1356 at Candia, Crete, GreeceG, enroute to the Holy Land.1
     He fought in the Battle of Neville's Cross in 1346, for teh Scots.2 He fought in the Battle of Poitiers in 1356, alongside the French at their defeat by the English under the Black Prince.2
