     Hon. Bertha Beatrice Best was the daughter of Lt.-Col. George Best, 5th Baron Wynford.1 She married Lt.-Col. Guy Montague Atkinson, son of Lt.-Col. Guy Newcomen Atkinson and Frances Elizabeth King-Harman, on 7 January 1920, they had no children.1 She died on 10 June 1961.1
     From 7 January 1920, her married name became Atkinson.1
