     Betty Lee was born on 15 March 1918.2 She was the daughter of Colonel Maurice George Lee.1 She married, firstly, Andrew George Hughes-Onslow, son of Oliver Hughes-Onslow and Helen Ruth Dodds, on 24 February 1944.1 She married, secondly, David George Crichton, son of Colonel Hon. Sir George Arthur Charles Crichton and Lady Mary Augusta Dawson, in 1994.1 She died on 29 February 2012 at age 93.2
     She gained the rank of officer in the Women's Auxiliary Air Force.3 From 24 February 1944, her married name became Hughes-Onslow.1 From 1994, her married name became Crichton.1

     Andrew George Hughes-Onslow was born on 8 April 1920.2,3 He was the son of Oliver Hughes-Onslow and Helen Ruth Dodds.4 He married Betty Lee, daughter of Colonel Maurice George Lee, on 24 February 1944.1 He died on 8 April 1979 at age 59 at London, England.1,2
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.4 He fought in the Second World War, where he was wounded three times.4 He gained the rank of Captain in the Black Watch (RHR.)4 He was educated at Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.4
