     Maj.-Gen. Angus Ramsay is the son of Colonel A. I. Ramsay.1 He married Victoria Clare Lanyon, daughter of Brigadier Mortimer Cecil Lanyon and Rachel Mary Cecil, in 1987.1
     Maj.-Gen. Angus Ramsay gained the rank of Major-General in the service of the Royal Highland Fusiliers.1

     Blanche Zélie Joséphine Delacroix, Baronne de Vaughan was born on 13 May 1883 at Bucharest, Romania.1 She was the daughter of Jules Delacroix.1 She married, firstly, Léopold II, Roi des Belges, son of Leopold I Georg Christian Friedrich, Roi des Belges and Louise Marie d'Orléans, Princesse d'Orléans, on 12 December 1909 at Château de Laeken, Brussels, Belgium, in a religious (but never in a civil) marriage.1 She died on 12 February 1948 at age 64 at Cambo, Pyrenees Atlantique, France.1
     Blanche Zélie Joséphine Delacroix, Baronne de Vaughan gained the title of Baronne de Vaughan.1 Her married name became Durieux.1

Anthony Henry Amherst Cecil, son of William Alexander Evering Cecil, 3rd Baron Amherst of Hackney and Margaret Eirene Clifton Brown, on 23 October 1969.1 She and Hon. Anthony Henry Amherst Cecil were divorced in 1974.1 She married, secondly, John Ernest in 1978.2
