Colonel William Persse Blood was born on 26 February 1857.1 He was the son of William Bindon Blood and Maria Augusta Persse.1 He married Marienne Frances Robarts, daughter of Captain James William Robarts, on 23 January 1888.1 He died on 6 November 1933 at age 76.1
