     Hon. Francis George Molyneux was born on 5 March 1805. He was the son of William Philip Molyneux, 2nd Earl of Sefton and Hon. Maria Margaret Craven. He married Lady Georgiana Jemima Ashburnham, daughter of George Ashburnham, 3rd Earl of Ashburnham and Charlotte Percy, in 1842.² He died on 24 May 1886 at age 81.¹

     Lady Caroline Harriett Molyneux was the daughter of William Philip Molyneux, 2nd Earl of Sefton and Hon. Maria Margaret Craven.¹ She married Charles Towneley on 19 November 1836. She died on 8 February 1866.
     Her married name became Towneley.

     Lt.-Col. George Berkeley Molyneux was born on 16 July 1799. He was the son of William Philip Molyneux, 2nd Earl of Sefton and Hon. Maria Margaret Craven. He died on 27 August 1841 at age 42.

     Lt.-Col. Henry Richard Molyneux was born on 27 August 1800. He was the son of William Philip Molyneux, 2nd Earl of Sefton and Hon. Maria Margaret Craven. He died on 23 May 1841 at age 40.

     Lady Margaret Talbot was the daughter of George Talbot, 4th Earl of Shrewsbury and Anne Hastings.¹ She married Henry Clifford, 1st Earl of Cumberland, son of Henry Clifford, 10th Lord Clifford and Anne St. John.¹ She died, without issue.¹
     Her married name became Clifford.¹

     Anne Dacre was the daughter of William Dacre, 3rd Lord Dacre (of Gilsland) and Lady Elizabeth Talbot.¹ She married Henry Clifford, 2nd Earl of Cumberland, son of Henry Clifford, 1st Earl of Cumberland and Lady Margaret Percy, in 1552/53.¹ She died circa July 1581.¹ She was buried on 31 July 1581.¹
     From 1552/53, her married name became Clifford.

     William Dacre, 3rd Lord Dacre (of Gilsland) was born on 29 April 1500.¹ He was the son of Sir Thomas Dacre, 2nd Lord Dacre (of Gilsland) and Elizabeth Greystoke, Baroness Greystoke.¹ He married Lady Elizabeth Talbot, daughter of George Talbot, 4th Earl of Shrewsbury and Anne Hastings, on 1 December 1517.¹ He died on 18 November 1563 at age 63.¹
     William Dacre, 3rd Lord Dacre (of Gilsland) succeeded to the title of 9th Lord Greystoke in 1516. He succeeded to the title of 3rd Lord Dacre, of Gilsland [E., 1473] on 24 October 1525.¹

     Lady Margaret Sackville was born on 2 July 1614.² She was the daughter of Richard Sackville, 3rd Earl of Dorset and Anne Clifford, Baroness Clifford.¹ She married John Tufton, 2nd Earl of Thanet, son of Nicholas Tufton, 1st Earl of Thanet and Lady Frances Cecil, on 21 April 1629.² She died on 14 August 1676 at age 62.²
     Her married name became Tufton.

     George Clifford, 3rd Earl of Cumberland was born on 8 August 1558.³ He was the son of Henry Clifford, 2nd Earl of Cumberland and Anne Dacre.^1,3 He married Lady Margaret Russell, daughter of Francis Russell, 2nd Earl of Bedford and Margaret St. John, on 24 June 1577.⁴ He died on 29 October 1605 at age 47, without surviving male issue.¹
     George Clifford, 3rd Earl of Cumberland succeeded to the title of 13th Lord Clifford [E., 1299] on 2 January 1569/70.¹ He succeeded to the title of 3rd Earl of Cumberland [E., 1525] on 2 January 1569/70.¹ He was educated at Peterhouse College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.³ He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1576 with a Master of Arts (M.A.).³ He held the office of Counsellor of the Navy in 1582.³ He was invested as a Knight in 1588.³ He was he made nine voyages to the West Indies, capturing the town of Fiall in the Azores and the fort of Puertorico between 1589 and 1598.³ He was invested as a Knight, Order of the Garter (K.G.) in 1592.³ He held the office of Constable and Steward of Knaresborough in 1597.³ He gained the rank of Admiral in 1598.³ He was Lieutenant-General in London in 1599.³ He gained the rank of Colonel in 1599 in the service of the London Trained Bands.³ He was Lieutenant-General in London in 1601.³ He held the office of Ranger of Salcey Forest in 1602.³ He held the office of High Steward of the Honour of Grafton in 1602.³ He held the office of Custos Rotulorum of Cumberland in 1603.³ He was invested as a Privy Counsellor (P.C.) in 1603.³ He held the office of Governor of Harbottle Castle.³ He held the office of Warden of the West and Middle Marches.³ He held the office of Governor of Carlisle Castle.³ He has an extensive biographical entry in the Dictionary of National Biography.⁵
