     Reverend Gerard Thomas Noel was born on 2 December 1782.1 He was the son of Sir Gerard Noel Noel, 2nd Bt. and Diana Middleton, Baroness Barham.2 He married, firstly, Charlotte Sophia O'Brien, daughter of Sir Lucius O'Brien, 3rd Bt. and Anne French, in February 1806.1 He married, secondly, Susan Kennaway, daughter of Sir John Kennaway, 1st Bt., in 1841.1 He died in 1851.1
     Reverend Gerard Thomas Noel graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He held the office of Canon of Winchester.1 He had two other daughters by his first wife, and more children by his second wife.1
