     Edith Frances Sheridan Guinness was born in 1837.1 She was the daughter of Richard Samuel Guinness and Katherine Frances Jenkinson.2 She married, firstly, Reverend Robert Charles Thomas Pearse on 14 October 1856.1 She married, secondly, Captain Christopher Campbell Oldfield, son of Colonel Henry Swan Oldfield, on 31 December 1872.1 She died in 1899.1
     From 14 October 1856, her married name became Pearse. From 31 December 1872, her married name became Oldfield.1
