Deborah Charlotte Buchan was born on 19 October 1947.1 She is the daughter of William de l'Aigle Buchan, 3rd Baron Tweedsmuir and Barbara Howard Ensor.1 She married Sir Bernard Harold Ian Halley Stewart, Baron Stewartby, son of Professor Harold Charles Stewart and Dorothy Irene Lowen, on 8 October 1966.1
     From 8 October 1966, her married name became Stewart. As a result of her marriage, Hon. Deborah Charlotte Buchan was styled as Baroness Stewartby on 20 July 1992. She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).1

Mary Elizabeth Ponsonby.2 He married Barbarina Charlotte Sullivan, daughter of Reverend Frederick Sullivan, on 20 July 1846.1 He died on 2 May 1878 at age 72, without issue.1
