     Blanche Evelyn Hasler was the daughter of William Wyndham Hasler.2 She married Edward Cruger Ferguson Davie, son of Sir William Augustus Ferguson Davie, 3rd Bt. and Frances Harriett Miles, on 29 June 1905.1 She died on 23 February 1959.1
      From 29 June 1905, her married name became Ferguson Davie.1

     Sir John Ferguson Davie, 7th Bt. was born on 1 May 1906.1 He was the son of Edward Cruger Ferguson Davie and Blanche Evelyn Hasler.2 He married Joan Zoë Charlotte Hoole, daughter of Raymond Hoole, on 4 April 1942.1 He died on 8 January 2000 at age 93.1
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England.1 He succeeded to the title of 7th Baronet Ferguson Davie, of Creedy, co. Devon [U.K., 1847] on 19 May 1997.1

     Herbert George Ferguson Davie was born on 27 March 1873.1 He was the son of Sir William Augustus Ferguson Davie, 3rd Bt. and Frances Harriett Miles.2 He married, firstly, Gwendolen Ursula Lloyd, daughter of Arthur Lloyd, on 4 July 1902.1 He married, secondly, Ethel Marion Lane, daughter of Colonel Alfred Luther Lane, on 10 June 1911.1 He died on 1 May 1915 at age 42 at Dardenelles, Turkey, killed in action.1
     He gained the rank of Temporary Lieutenant in the service of the Royal Marines.1 He fought in the Gallipoli Campaign.1

     Lt.-Gen. Sir Fiennes Middleton Colvile was born circa 1833.2 He married Helen Harriette Northcote, daughter of Major Hugh Stafford Northcote and Harriet Hope Cely Trevilian, on 7 November 1862.3 He died in March 1917.2
     He was invested as a Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.).1 He gained the rank of Colonel in the service of the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry.3

Sir Fiennes Middleton Colvile and Helen Harriette Northcote.2 He married Eleanor Harriott Ferguson Davie, daughter of Sir William Augustus Ferguson Davie, 3rd Bt. and Frances Harriett Miles, on 27 December 1894.1 He died on 21 May 1940.1
     He lived at Njoro, Kenya.1 He gained the rank of Brigadier-General in the service of the 43rd Oxforshire Light Infantry.1 He was decorated with the award of the Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.).1
