     Sarah Pitman was the daughter of Reverend J. Pitman.1 She married Reverend Henry Nicholas Astley, son of Sir Edward Astley, 4th Bt. and Anne Milles, on 20 February 1798.1 She died on 16 September 1822.1
     From 20 February 1798, her married name became Astley.1

     From 1 October 1833, her married name became Cubitt.1
