     Agnes de Ros was the daughter of William de Ros, 1st Lord de Ros of Helmsley and Maud de Vaux.1 She married, firstly, Payn Tiptoft, 1st Lord Tiptoft, son of Robert de Tibetot and Eva de Chaworth.2 She married, secondly, Sir Thomas de Vere, son of Robert de Vere, 6th Earl of Oxford and Margaret de Mortimer, before 17 June 1315.3 She died in 1328.
     Her married name became Tiptoft.2
