     Charles Frederick Cobbe Beresford was born on 3 May 1844. He was the son of Reverend Charles Claudius Beresford and Anna Maria FitzPatrick. He married Edith Gertrude Baxendale, daughter of Salisbury Baxendale and Edith Maria Jones, on 18 January 1877 at Hunsdon, hertfordshire, England.1 He died on 13 December 1925 at age 81.

     Edith Gertrude Baxendale was born in 1858.1 She was the daughter of Salisbury Baxendale and Edith Maria Jones.1 She married Charles Frederick Cobbe Beresford, son of Reverend Charles Claudius Beresford and Anna Maria FitzPatrick, on 18 January 1877 at Hunsdon, hertfordshire, England.1 She died on 3 March 1949.
     Her married name became Beresford.
