     Sir Robert Adair Hodson, 4th Bt. was born on 29 September 1853 at Newry, County Down, Ireland.1,2 He was the son of Sir George Frederick John Hodson, 3rd Bt. and Meriel Anne Neville.3 He married Emily Frances Louisa Beresford, daughter of Colonel George John Beresford and Frances Constantia Uniacke, on 20 April 1911.1 He died on 3 January 1921 at age 67 at County Wicklow, Ireland.1,2
     He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Hodson, of Holybrooke House, co. Wicklow [I., 1789] on 2 April 1888.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)1 He gained the rank of Honorary Colonel in the 4th Battalion, Royal Irish Fusiliers.1

     Colonel Charles Frederick Cobbe Beresford was born on 3 May 1844.1 He was the son of Reverend Charles Claudius Beresford and Anna Maria FitzPatrick.1 He married Edith Gertrude Baxendale, daughter of Salisbury Baxendale and Edith Maria Jones, on 18 January 1877 at Hunsdon, Hertfordshire, EnglandG.2 He died on 13 December 1925 at age 81.1
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the Royal Engineers.1

     Her married name became Beresford.

     He graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1904 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Garrison Artillery.1 He was District Control Officer, East Prussian and Upper Silesian plebiscites between 1920 and 1922.1

     Charlotte Frances Beresford was born circa 1812.1 She was the daughter of Reverend Charles Cobbe Beresford and Amelia Montgomery.1,2 She married Reverend Samuel Alexander, son of John Alexander and Hannah Richardson Murray, on 4 November 1839.1 She died on 27 January 1890.1
     From 4 November 1839, her married name became Alexander.1
