     Rebecca Barrett was the daughter of William Carter Barrett.2 She married, firstly, Captain Nicholas Palmer before 1847.1 She married, secondly, Reverend Morgan Crofton, son of Captain Morgan Crofton and Helen Elizabeth O'Hara, on 30 July 1847.1 She died in 1887.1
     From before 1847, her married name became Palmer.1 From 30 July 1847, her married name became Crofton.
