Lt.-Col. Trevor Goff was born in March 1825.1 He was the son of Joseph Goff and Jane Stannus.2 He married Henrietta Maude Saye, daughter of Frederick Richard Saye, in June 1876.1 He died on 17 November 1888 at age 63.1
