     Major Archibald Bellairs Higgon was born on 19 April 1880.2 He was the son of John Donald George Higgon.2 He married Isobel Denroche-Smith, daughter of Thomas Denroche-Smith, on 11 September 1913.1,2 He died on 9 September 1915 at age 35 at Gallipoli, Turkey, killed in action.1,2
     Major Archibald Bellairs Higgon gained the rank of Major in the service of the Royal Field Artillery.1 He fought in the First World War.2
