     Robert Henry Baird was born on 19 September 1825.1 He was the son of Captain Wynn Baird and Madelina Susan Cerjat.1 He married Elizabeth Maria Goff, daughter of George Goff, on 22 January 1853.1 He died on 14 May 1905 at age 79.1
     Robert Henry Baird gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Rifle Brigade.1

     Major Robert Douglas Baird was born on 19 December 1893.1 He was the son of Robert George Baird and Mabel Charlotte Bramston.1 He married Alice Patience Crawley, daughter of Cecil Gordon Crawley, on 8 June 1926.1 He died on 9 December 1969 at age 75.1
     Major Robert Douglas Baird was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England.1 He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of Major in the service of the Rifle Brigade.1 He was decorated with the Military Cross (M.C.).1 He fought in the campaign in Wazristan between 1920 and 1921, where he was wounded.1
