     Agnes Mary Horton was the daughter of Rear-Admiral William Horton.1 She married Arthur Craigie Oliphant, son of Lt.-Col. James Oliphant and Sophia Ann Trewman, on 22 February 1876.1 She died on 11 December 1928.1
     From 22 February 1876, her married name became Oliphant.1
