     Michael Guy Percival Willoughby, 11th Baron Middleton of Middleton was born on 21 October 1887.1 He was the son of Godfrey Ernest Willoughby, 10th Baron Middleton of Middleton and Ida Eleonora Constance Ross.1 He married Angela Florence Alfreda Hall, daughter of Charles Oswin Hall, on 28 April 1920.1 He died on 16 November 1970 at age 83.1
     He was educated at Wellington College, Crowthorne, Berkshire, England.1 He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England.1 He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)1 He succeeded as the 11th Baron Middleton of Middleton, co. Warwick [G.B., 1712] on 11 November 1924.1 He succeeded as the 12th Baronet Willoughby [E., 1677] on 11 November 1924.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for the East Riding, Yorkshire in 1925.1 He was appointed Knight, Order of the Garter (K.G.)3 He gained the rank of Colonel in the 5th Battalion, Green Howards (TA.)1 He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of the East Riding, Yorkshire between 1936 and 1966.1 He was commander of the 5th and 30th Battalions, East Yorkshire Regiment.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.) in 1942.1 He was Chancellor of Hull University between 1954 and 1970.1 He was appointed Knight, Order of the Garter (K.G.) in 1957.1 He was appointed Knight, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (K.St.J.)1

     Angela Florence Alfreda Hall was the daughter of Charles Oswin Hall.1 She married Michael Guy Percival Willoughby, 11th Baron Middleton of Middleton, son of Godfrey Ernest Willoughby, 10th Baron Middleton of Middleton and Ida Eleonora Constance Ross, on 28 April 1920.1 She died on 11 January 1978.1
     Her married name became Willoughby. After her marriage, Angela Florence Alfreda Hall was styled as Baroness Middleton of Middleton on 11 November 1924.

     Lt.-Cdr. Hon. Rothwell Charles Wentworth Willoughby usually went by his middle name of Charles.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in the Royal Navy.1

     Violet Ivy Sparks is the daughter of Major James Douglas Sparkes.1 She married, firstly, John Geoffrey Frere before 1939.1 She married, secondly, Lt.-Cdr. Hon. Rothwell Charles Wentworth Willoughby, son of Godfrey Ernest Willoughby, 10th Baron Middleton of Middleton and Ida Eleonora Constance Ross, on 3 July 1939.1
     From before 1939, her married name became Frere.1 Her married name became Willoughby.

     Rear-Admiral Laurence Richard Oliphant was born on 16 December 1877.2 He was the son of Arthur Craigie Oliphant and Agnes Mary Horton.2 He married Hon. Adelaide Daphne Hermione Willoughby, daughter of Godfrey Ernest Willoughby, 10th Baron Middleton of Middleton and Ida Eleonora Constance Ross, on 3 November 1909.2 He died on 6 December 1950 at age 72.2
     He fought in the First World War between 1914 and 1919.2 He gained the rank of Captain in 1915 in the Royal Navy.2 He was the Captain Superintendent between 1922 and 1933 at Royal Hospital School, Greenwich, London, EnglandG.2 He gained the rank of Rear-Admiral in 1926.2 He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1935.2
