     Sydney Johnstone was the daughter of Edward Johnstone.1 She married Reverend Hon. Arthur Vesey, son of Thomas Vesey, 1st Viscount de Vesci of Abbey Leix and Selina Elizabeth Brooke, in 1810.1 She died on 13 July 1860.1
     Her married name became Vesey.

     Thomas Vesey, 1st Viscount de Vesci of Abbey Leix was born in 1735.2 He was the son of John Denny Vesey, 1st Baron Knapton and Elizabeth Brownlow.1 He married Selina Elizabeth Brooke, daughter of Sir Arthur Brooke, 1st and last Bt. and Margaret Fortescue, on 24 April 1769.1 He died on 13 October 1804.
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Vesey [I., 1698] on 25 July 1761.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Knapton, of Queen's Co. [I., 1750] on 25 July 1761.1 He was created 1st Viscount de Vesci of Abbey Leix, Queen's Co. [Ireland] on 19 July 1776.1

     Selina Elizabeth Brooke was born circa 1753.2 She was the daughter of Sir Arthur Brooke, 1st and last Bt. and Margaret Fortescue.3 She married Thomas Vesey, 1st Viscount de Vesci of Abbey Leix, son of John Denny Vesey, 1st Baron Knapton and Elizabeth Brownlow, on 24 April 1769.1 She died in 1786.2
     After her marriage, Selina Elizabeth Brooke was styled as Baroness Knapton on 24 April 1769. From 24 April 1769, her married name became Vesey. After her marriage, Selina Elizabeth Brooke was styled as Viscountess de Vesci of Abbey Leix on 19 July 1776.

     Sir Arthur Brooke, 1st and last Bt. was born circa 1715.2,3 He was the son of Henry Brooke and Lettice Burton.4 He married, firstly, Margaret Fortescue, daughter of Thomas Fortescue and Elizabeth Hamilton, on 6 August 1751.1 He married, secondly, Elizabeth Foorde on 21 September 1775 at The Palace, Clogher, County Tyrone, IrelandG.1 He died on 7 March 1785 at Sackville Street, Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandG, without surviving male issue.1 He died intestate and his estate was administered to his widow on 21 May 1785.1
     He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandG, in 1746 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He held the office of Sheriff of County Fermanagh in 1752.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Fermanagh [Ireland] between 1761 and 1783.1 He held the office of Governor of County Fermanagh.1 He was created 1st Baronet Brooke, of Colebrooke, co. Fermanagh [Ireland] on 3 January 1764.1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) [Ireland] on 15 May 1770.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Maryborough [Ireland] between 1783 and 1785.1

     Margaret Fortescue was born on 27 March 1728.1 She was the daughter of Thomas Fortescue and Elizabeth Hamilton.1 She married Sir Arthur Brooke, 1st and last Bt., son of Henry Brooke and Lettice Burton, on 6 August 1751.1 She died on 22 September 1756 at age 28 at Bath, Somerset, EnglandG.1
     From 6 August 1751, her married name became Brooke.1

     John Vesey, 2nd Viscount de Vesci of Abbey Leix was born on 15 February 1771.1 He was the son of Thomas Vesey, 1st Viscount de Vesci of Abbey Leix and Selina Elizabeth Brooke.1 He married Frances Letitia Brownlow, daughter of Rt. Hon. William Brownlow and Catherine Hall, on 25 August 1800.1 He died on 19 October 1855 at age 84.1
     He succeeded as the 2nd Viscount de Vesci of Abbey Leix, Queen's Co. [I., 1776] on 13 October 1804.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Knapton, of Queen's Co. [I., 1750] on 13 October 1804.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Vesey [I., 1698] on 13 October 1804.1 He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Queen's County.1

     Jane Macneill was the daughter of Roderick Macneill of Barra and Jean Cameron.1,2 She married Charles Brownlow, 1st Baron Lurgan, son of Lt.-Col. Charles Brownlow and Caroline Ashe, on 15 July 1828.1 She died on 6 June 1878.3
     From 15 July 1828, her married name became Brownlow.1 After her marriage, Jane Macneill was styled as Baroness Lurgan on 14 March 1839.
