Honora Seward Burrowes1

     Honora Seward Burrowes was born in 1816.1 She was the daughter of Major Thomas Burrowes and Susan Seward.2 She married Hon. Thomas Jenkins Leslie, son of George Leslie and Henrietta Anne Evelyn-Leslie, Countess of Rothes, on 25 August 1834.1 She died on 8 February 1880.1

Hon. Thomas Jenkins Leslie1

     Hon. Thomas Jenkins Leslie was born on 29 June 1813.2 He was the son of George Leslie and Henrietta Anne Evelyn-Leslie, Countess of Rothes.1,2 He married Honora Seward Burrowes, daughter of Major Thomas Burrowes and Susan Seward, on 25 August 1834.1 He died on 13 July 1849 at age 36.1
     He gained the rank of Army Officer.2

John Carden1

     John Carden was born on 15 May 1772.2 He was the son of John Carden and Elizabeth Disney.2 He married Ann Rutter, daughter of Henry Rutter, on 21 November 1809.2 He died on 22 March 1822 at age 49.2
     He held the office of High Sheriff of County Tipperary in 1796.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Tipperary.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Tipperary.1 He lived at Barnane, County Tipperary, IrelandG.1

Anna Frances Carden1

     Anna Frances Carden was born on 23 March 1813.2 She was the daughter of John Carden and Ann Rutter.2 She married Robert Burrowes, son of Major Thomas Burrowes and Susan Seward, on 16 October 1838.1 She was also reported to have been married on 13 October 1838.2 She died on 21 April 1901 at age 88.1
     From 16 October 1838, her married name became Burrowes.

Robert James Burrowes1

     Robert James Burrowes was born on 9 September 1844.1 He was the son of Robert Burrowes and Anna Frances Carden.2 He married Eliza Bankhead Magruder, daughter of Commodore George Allen Magruder, on 1 June 1876.1 He died on 18 December 1893 at age 49.1
     He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 1st Dragoon Guards.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Cavan in 1883.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Cvan.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Cavan.1 He lived at Stradone House, County Cavan, IrelandG.1

Frances Susan Burrowes1

     Frances Susan Burrowes is the daughter of Robert Burrowes and Anna Frances Carden.2 She married Sir John Olphert, son of Wybrants Olphert and Mary Anne Constance Fannin, on 2 December 1869.1
     From 2 December 1869, her married name became Olphert.

     Sir John Olphert was born on 2 September 1844 at Ballyconnell House, Falcarragh, County Donegal, Ireland.2 He was the son of Wybrants Olphert and Mary Anne Constance Fannin.2 He married Frances Susan Burrowes, daughter of Robert Burrowes and Anna Frances Carden, on 2 December 1869.1 He died on 11 March 1917 at age 72 at Falcarragh, County Donegal, Ireland.1
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He lived at Ballyconnell House, Falcarragh, County Donegal, IrelandG.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)1 He was appointed Commander, Royal Victorian Order (C.V.O.)1
