     Raphael Tuck was born on 7 August 1821 at Kozmin, Poland.1,2 He was the son of Elias Tuch and Rachel Bronca Soares.3 He married Ernestine Lissner, daughter of David Lissner, in March 1848 at Prussia.1,2 He died on 16 March 1900 at age 78 at 19 Balfour Road, Highbury, London, England.1,2
     He was given the name of Raphael Tuch at birth.4 He was founder of Raphael Tuck & Sons, fine art publishers.1 He lived at Highbury, London, England.1
