She married James Perrott Philipps, son of Sir Laurence Richard Philipps, 1st Baron Milford and Ethel Georgina Speke, on 24 June 1930.
     Her married name became Philipps.

     Lt. Nicholas John Ford gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Royal Navy.1
