     Frederick Noel Hamilton Wills was born on 25 February 1887.1 He is the son of Sir Frederick Wills, 1st Bt. and Annie Hamilton.1,2 He married Margery Hamilton Fraser, daughter of Sir Hugh Fraser, on 25 April 1912.3 He died on 11 October 1927 at age 40.1
     Frederick Noel Hamilton Wills was educated at Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.2 He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Royal North Devon Yeomanry.2 He lived at Miserden Park, Stroud, England.4
