     Jocelyn Ishabel Ann Macleod was born on 10 July 1946.2 She is the daughter of Sir John MacLeod and Rosemary Theodora Hamilton Wills.1 She married, firstly, David Algernon Fleming, son of Captain Michael Valentine Paul Fleming and Letitia Blanche Borthwick, on 2 February 1967.1 She married, secondly, John Edmund Kincaid Floyd, son of Sir John Duckett Floyd, 6th Bt. and Jocelin Evadne Wyldbore-Smith, in 1978.1
     From 2 February 1967, her married name became Fleming.1 From 1978, her married name became Floyd.1 She held the office of Lady-in-Waiting to HRH The Duchess of York between 1986 and 1996.2

     John Edmund Kincaid Floyd was born on 8 September 1936.2 He is the son of Sir John Duckett Floyd, 6th Bt. and Jocelin Evadne Wyldbore-Smith.2 He married, firstly, Victoria Jane Cannon, daughter of Richard Nevill Cannon and Lelia Farmar, on 27 January 1965.2 He and Victoria Jane Cannon were divorced in 1978.2 He married, secondly, Jocelyn Ishabel Ann Macleod, daughter of Sir John MacLeod and Rosemary Theodora Hamilton Wills, in 1978.1

     Gilbert Alan Hamilton Wills, 1st Baron Dulverton was born on 28 March 1880.1 He was the son of Sir Frederick Wills, 1st Bt. and Annie Hamilton.1,2 He married Victoria May Chichester, daughter of Rear-Admiral Sir Edward Chichester, 9th Bt. and Catharina Emma Whyte, on 2 December 1914 at Tendring, Essex, England.1,3 He died on 1 December 1956 at age 76.1
     He graduated from Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was Aide-de-Camp to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland between 1908 and 1912.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Wills, of Northmoor, Somerset [U.K., 1897] on 18 February 1909.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)
