     Charles de Montmorency, Baron de Montmorency is the son of Jean I de Montmorency, Seigneur de Montmorency and Jeanne de Calletot.1 He married Isabeau de Roucy, daughter of Jean V de Roucy, Comte de Roucy et Braine.1
     He was Chamberlain to the King of France.1 He fought in the Battle of Crecy.1 He held the office of Governor of Picardie.1
