     Colonel John Windsor Stuart was born on 3 December 1846.1 He was the son of Henry Stuart and Cecilia Hammersley.1 He married Flora Campbell, daughter of Captain William C. J. Campbell, on 30 April 1873.1 He died on 8 December 1905 at age 59.1
