Hon. Charles Pierrepont D'Arcy Lane-Fox was born on 25 August 1830. He was the son of Sackville Walter Lane-Fox and Lady Charlotte Mary Anne Georgiana Osborne. He married Louisa Emma Fairfax, daughter of Thomas Fairfax, on 22 June 1859. He died on 13 September 1874 at age 44.
