     From before 18 October 1533, her married name became Hay.1

     William Livingston, 4th Lord Livingston was the son of James Livingston, 3rd Lord Livingston and Elizabeth Fleming.2,3 He married Agnes Hepburn, daughter of Alexander Hepburn of Whitsome, younger and Janet Napier, before 2 April 1501.3 He died before 21 April 1518.1
     He gained the title of 4th Lord Livingston.

     James Livingston, 3rd Lord Livingston was the son of Alexander Livingston.2 He married Agnes Houstoun, daughter of Sir John Houstoun of that Ilk and Elizabeth Sinclair.3 He married Elizabeth Fleming, daughter of Robert Fleming, Lord Fleming and Lady Janet Douglas, circa 1472.4 He died before 2 March 1502/3.1
     He gained the title of 3rd Lord Livingston.
