     Lt.-Gen. Sir George Thomas Napier was born on 30 June 1784. He was the son of Colonel Hon. George Napier and Lady Sarah Lennox. He married, firstly, Margaret Craig, daughter of John Craig and Sarah Stark, on 28 October 1812. He married, secondly, Frances Dorothea Blencowe, daughter of R. W. Blencowe, in 1839. He died on 8 September 1855 at age 71.2
     Lt.-Gen. Sir George Thomas Napier was invested as a Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.).3

     Randall Edward Plunkett, 15th Baron of Dunsany was born on 4 September 1804. He was the son of Edward Wadding Plunkett, 14th Baron of Dunsany and Hon. Charlotte Louisa Lawless. He married Elizabeth Evelyn, daughter of Lyndon Evelyn, on 29 December 1838. He died on 7 April 1852 at age 47.
     Randall Edward Plunkett, 15th Baron of Dunsany gained the title of 15th Baron of Dunsany.

     Colonel Hon. George Napier was born on 11 March 1751. He was the son of Francis Scott, 6th Baron Napier of Merchistoun and Henrietta Maria Johnston. He married, firstly, Elizabeth Pollock, daughter of Captain Robert Pollock, on 22 January 1775. He married, secondly, Lady Sarah Lennox, daughter of General Charles Lennox, 2nd Duke of Richmond and Lady Sarah Cadogan, on 27 August 1781.1 He died on 13 October 1804 at age 53.

     Elizabeth Pollock was the daughter of Captain Robert Pollock. She married Colonel Hon. George Napier, son of Francis Scott, 6th Baron Napier of Merchistoun and Henrietta Maria Johnston, on 22 January 1775.
     From 22 January 1775, her married name became Napier.

     Lt.-Col. Roger Palmer Landon was the son of Colonel Asalbie Landon.1 He married Betty Eden, daughter of Robert Hildyard Henley Eden and Maud Effie Mary von Guttenberg, on 11 May 1933.1 He died on 3 October 1936.1
     Lt.-Col. Roger Palmer Landon was decorated with the Military Cross (M.C.).1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the service of the Royal Artillery.1

     William Scott, 7th Baron Napier of Merchistoun was the son of Francis Scott, 6th Baron Napier of Merchistoun and Henrietta Hope. He married Marie Anne Cathcart, daughter of Maj.-Gen. Charles Cathcart, 8th Lord Cathcart and Marion Shaw, on 16 December 1754. He died in 1775.
     William Scott, 7th Baron Napier of Merchistoun gained the title of 7th Baron Napier of Merchistoun. He lived at Merchistoun, Scotland.
