James Wedderburn Ogilvy1

     James Wedderburn Ogilvy was born on 4 August 1820.1 He was the son of Peter Wedderburn Ogilvy and Anna Ogilvy.2 He married Catherine Lilias Harriet Ramsay, daughter of William Ramsay and Catherine Davidson, on 24 January 1856.1 He died on 28 January 1893 at age 72, without issue.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 25th Regiment.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Perthshire Volunteers.1

Catherine Lilias Harriet Ramsay1

     Catherine Lilias Harriet Ramsay was the daughter of William Ramsay and Catherine Davidson.1,2 She married James Wedderburn Ogilvy, son of Peter Wedderburn Ogilvy and Anna Ogilvy, on 24 January 1856.1 She died on 22 December 1909.1
     From 24 January 1856, her married name became Wedderburn Ogilvy.

     Clarice Ann Hynes was born on 18 December 1916 at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.1 She was the daughter of Francis J. Hynes and Clara Helena Lambert.1 She married Eric Carl Peters in 1938 at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.1 She died on 1 July 2002 at age 85 at Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia.1
     From 1938, her married name became Peters.1

     Sir Gilbert Ramsay, 1st Bt. was the son of Gilbert Ramsay, 15th of Bamff and Isabel Ogilvy.1,2 He married Elizabeth Blair, daughter of Sir Thomas Blair, 11th of Balthayoch and Margaret Aytoun, on 25 November 1634 at Kinfauns, Perthshire, Scotland.2 He died circa 1686.2
     He was appointed Knight in 1635.1 He was created 1st Baronet Ramsay, of Bamff, co. Perth [Nova Scotia] on 3 December 1666.1

     Sir John Ramsay, 5th Bt. was the son of Sir James Ramsay, 4th Bt. and Elizabeth Rait.1,2 He died in 1783.1
     He held the office of Sheriff of Kincardineshire. He was a practising Advocate. He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Ramsay, of Bamff, co. Perth [N.S., 1666] on 23 March 1782.1
