     Hon. Rupert Francis John Carington was born on 2 December 1948.1 He is the son of Peter Alexander Rupert Carington, 6th Baron Carrington of Upton and Iona Ellen McClean.2 He married Daniela Diotallevi, daughter of Flavio Diotallevi, on 12 September 1989.1
     Hon. Rupert Francis John Carington was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England.1 He graduated from Bristol University, Bristol, Gloucestershire, England, with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.).1 He was a director of Morgan Grenfell International in 1983.1 He was chairman of Schroder Pacific Fund plc in 1995.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Buckinghamshire between 2002 and 2003.1 He lived in 2003 at Dimsdale Cottage, Church End, Bledlow, Prince's Risborough, Buckinghamshire, England.1

     Katharine May Ames was the daughter of Henry Metcalfe Ames. She married Hon. Reginald Parker, son of Thomas Augustus Wolstenholme Parker, 6th Earl of Macclesfield and Lady Mary Francis Grosvenor, on 17 October 1876. She died on 20 November 1939.
     Her married name became Parker.
